COVID-19

Coronavirus can be transmitted easily from people to surfaces; therefore, it is important to maintain a high level of hygiene by washing your hands frequently and for at least 20 seconds. It is also important to try not to touch your face as you can easily transfer the virus this way. A high level of cleanliness should also be maintained within the home.

How we will operate during COVID-19

Following on from government guidelines, we are now able to offer our cleaning services within your home as we come under the area of 'tradespeople who can carry out essential maintenance and repairs'.
We want you to feel safe whilst our cleaners are in your home and so have put in place the following precautionary measures:

  1. We ask that you do not shake hands with our cleaners.
  2. No cash payments – all payments must be processed through our website.
  3. We ensure that our cleaners have not travelled in a government restricted country.
  4. All cleaners will take their temperatures each morning and if they have any flu-like symptoms they will not attend the clean. If this is the case, we will do our upmost to offer a replacement cleaner, but this may not always be possible.
  5. All cleaners will be wearing the appropriate PPE during the clean.
  6. Ensure equipment is sanitised between each clean.
  7. Ensure clothing and shoes are sanitised.
  8. Carry hand gel.

Our cleaners will ensure that any service that is touched frequently will be given extra attention. Frequently touched objects will include but not be limited to:

  1. Door handles
  2. Light switches
  3. Taps
  4. Bannisters
  5. Kettles
